Tuxedo Jones ships worldwide and can ship anywhere that UPS. USPS, and any other partners can ship to.
** Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may experience longer wait times, however we aim to deliver your garments within 3-4 weeks.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you complete your order, and given there are no garment measurements or payment delays, it will be delivered to you in 2-3 weeks.
- How will my order be shipped?
Our shipping partner DHL is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships.
- How much is shipping?
Shipping is dependent on weight and is calculated at checkout.
- Will I have to pay extra customs charges?
For orders shipping to the US or Canada, you won’t have to pay any additional customs charges.
For addresses outside of the US or Canada, all required taxes, VAT, import or excise duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their specific country.

- Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO / DPO addresses / P.O. boxes?
At the moment we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

After you order has shipped it can not be changed.
- Can I rush my order?
Yes. We do have the option to rush the order only if the order is in stock. Custom/ Bespoke suits can not be rushed at this time.

Will I have to pay taxes?
Depending on where your order ships to, you will be required to pay additional taxes based on the taxation requirements of the destination.
Return & Exchange Policy RETURNS
Tuxedo Jones is a true Made to Measure experience. Your suit, is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. Every Tuxedo Jones purchase is backed by our Fit Promise. If your order does not meet expectations, let us know and we will make it right. We’re here to help. Contact our customer experience team and we will guide you through the process.
Tuxedo Jones does NOT cover the cost of return shipping. We only cover the cost of return shipping if the item we sent was the wrong item or the wrong size. (Ex. If you order a size 12 in a shoe and we send you a 10 we will cover it. If you receive the correct size and item and you decide you do not want the item them we will not cover return shipping in this case.)
- Please note that we don’t offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your measurements and your customizations. If there is any issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return them for a store credit in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- If there is an issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order
- Returns are at the sole discretion of Tuxedo Jones, and will be reimbursed in the form of an Tuxedo Jones Gift Card.
- Tuxedo Jones will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.
- Tuxedo Jones has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
- Tuxedo Jones will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
- Any items returned to Tuxedo Jones that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
- If your items were purchased with a Gift Card, the card will be reloaded before another Gift Card will be issued.
